Return Period:

You may return your item(s) within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items are not eligible for return. All sales on discounted items are final.

Return Shipping Costs:

If you choose to return an item, a 20 AED return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional 20 AED fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of handling and processing COD payments and will also be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Process for Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at zahra@marshalgt.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item(s).

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus the applicable fees (20AED return shipping fee and 20AED COD fee if applicable).

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Delivery:

We offer free delivery on all bulk orders within the UAE, ensuring a cost-effective and convenient service for our customers.

Samples:

Samples can be provided upon request. The cost of samples will be borne by the customer. If you decide to place a bulk order after reviewing the sample, the sample cost can be deducted from your final order amount.
